OBSIDIAN History
Obsidian was founded in 2012 through independent ownership from a Southeast regional developer of active senior communities. The aim of Obsidian Construction was to reduce development project construction costs by wielding a larger purchasing power and streamlining communications between developers, builders, and potential homeowners. With over 280 active senior units completed in the past five years, along with involvement in several other development projects, Obsidian has a proven track record of success.
